Graduate School

Students frequently ask me about graduate opportunities in bioinformatics. Here I include a few biology programs with bioinformatics opportunities, along with bioinformatics-specific programs. Frequently, the bioinformatics-specific programs require tuition and provide no stipend, whereas the more broad programs (which are generally thesis-based) provide a tuition waiver and a living stipend. If you know of a program that I should add, please let me know!
